Dr. Megha Mehta is the founder and lead Physical Therapist for Me And Mine Therapy. She's licensed in the state of New Jersey with over 10 years of experience working as a physical therapist. Being a mom to 3 young children herself, she knows the importance of making a child and their family feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. She believes that therapy should always be fun and playful to encourage and engage each child throughout their session. Therefore, children are the guide and each of their individual sessions is led by them. Megha has extensive knowledge in treating gross motor delays, developmental delays, torticollis, toe-walking, and many other pediatric conditions. Parents are always welcomed and encouraged to participate in their child’s 1:1, individualized sessions. Families go home with wonderful, new tools to practice until their next therapy session which helps their child progress and achieve their goals quickly.
